The hue (YOU) intensive will help you clear out the mental chaos, confusion and old beliefs around who you are stylistically, and create a clear picture of how your authentic style-self looks, feels, and shows up in your life and biz.

We’ll get super specific about which elements visually communicate your true Style-self in the areas of branding, personal style and interior design.

Through this process you’ll gain self-trust, clarity & confidence, and become magnetically authentic.

12 HOURS OF STYLE THERAPY

I’ll use my 20+ years of experience as a Designer and Coach to help you uncover your true style-self under all those “shoulds”. Turns out, we get “should” on a lot in life!

A SAFE SPACE TO BE SEEN

You’ll go on this style journey in small groups of 3 or less. This gives you the individual attention you need and deserve, plus a safe, supportive space to practice being seen. You’ll build self-trust and confidence while learning from each other’s experiences.

CREATIVE OWNERSHIP

I’ll be guiding you through the beautifully messy creative process...the same process I use as a professional Designer! Having a solid creative process means never being dependent on others to tell you who you are on your style journey.

CONFIDENCE BUILDING TOOLS

You’ll learn simple + life-changing tools to help you un-learn the style-beliefs that are holding you back. With this new self-awareness and skillset, you’ll experience a new level of confidence, clarity and self-trust.

3 AREAS OF FOCUS

Three of the most powerful ways we express ourselves are thru our brand, style & haven. All are intertwined and bring unexpected + synergistic insights about each other. Imagine having style clarity in all 3 areas!

PERSONALIZED PINTEREST BOARD

We’ll use Pinterest as an insightful and powerful creative tool! You’ll learn to identify your “hell yes!” + practice purging what doesn’t fit. You’ll walk away with a visual guide that beautifully aligns to your style vibe in all three areas.

COLOR SWATCH DECK

The Color Deck is a swatch set of 50 carefully curated hues. We’ll use this deck as a starting point to discovering your personalized color palettes. Take your color cards with you when shopping for that perfect paint color!

WORKBOOK / JOURNAL

I’ve created for you a beautifully designed workbook so you can hold your roadmap in your hands…while sipping a hot beverage. Your Workbook will be a journal of your experience to refer to throughout your style evolution.

PROFESSIONAL STYLE CARDS

Through the Intensive process, we’ll identify the Core Design Elements that represent you stylistically. I’ll compile these key visuals into professionally designed Style Cards as a digital guide for future design projects.

PROFESSIONAL DESIGN GUIDANCE

We’ll spend four weeks putting your new style insights into action. I’ll personally (via Zoom) help you up-level your branding, clean-out your closet, and re-design your haven. You’ll walk away with real transformation and a solid plan.

( WEEK 1 ) DEEP DIVE

sets the stage with a deep dive into which parts of your current style-self are authentically you, and which parts have been given to you by other people.

we’ll work through soul searching questions that bring clarity and build a foundation of self-awareness as we move forward into the discovery process.
you’ll learn valuable tools to identify and release the “shoulds” (old conditioning & beliefs) that are holding you back and keeping you in hiding, or playing small.
we’ll flip the script on those “shoulds” and discover how YOU want to show up in your life and business through your brand + style + haven.

( WEEK 2 ) BRAND

we’ll start by finding out what inspires you and define your brand vibe with language that resonates deeply.
using Pinterest as an insightful tool, we’ll dive into discovering what visual elements light you up & align with your business in a beautifully authentic way.
we’ll get clear on your ideal color palette, fonts and brand imagery for a brand that is fully aligned and visually stunning.

( WEEK 3 ) STYLE

we’ll start by learning what styles excite you and define your style vibe in words that create both a visual understanding and a feeling.
using Pinterest for soul-deep discovery, we’ll experiment and play in the world of fashion as we hone in on your unique style-voice.
you’ll learn to identify your “hell yes!” and decisively purge what doesn’t fit.
we’ll get super specific about your ideal color palette, silhouettes, and style details that create a wardrobe that is gorgeous and functions for your lifestyle.

( WEEK 4 ) HAVEN

we’ll start with what inspires you and define your haven style vibe in creative and meaningful language.
you’ll hone your “hell yes!” and build self-trust in your haven design choices.
we’ll use Pinterest to push your creative boundaries and discover what elements and aesthetics create the perfect “haven” for YOU.
we’ll illustrate your unique haven style through color palettes, design language, decor and details that will translate easily into your living or work space.

( WEEK 5 ) BRAND : REVIEW & REDESIGN

it’s time to put your new style-self-awareness into action! together we’ll review your existing branding (logo, fonts, color palette, website, etc) and get super clear on what’s aligned and what’s not.
we’ll dig into the creative process of revamping your existing branding or create a plan for a full brand redesign, if appropriate.
by the end of the Intensive, you’ll have made valuable progress and have a clear vision for creating your ideal brand.

( WEEK 6 ) STYLE : CLOSET CLEAN OUT

just like you have to clear out old style beliefs to make room for the new…you have to clean out your closet to make room for the wardrobe of your dreams.
we’ll spend 3 hours sorting through each piece of clothing and deciding if it’s a keeper…or time to say goodbye. you’ll use your intuitive “hell yes!” as your guide so that you feel confident in your decisions.
i’ll use my experience and design eye to help you understand which pieces enhance your unique features and what to look for in future style purchases.
we’ll develop a core closet plan that fits your specific lifestyle and style needs.

( WEEK 7 ) HAVEN : REVIEW & REDESIGN

pick a room and let’s get started on your redesign! together we’ll decide what’s working and what needs to go…as always, your “hell yes!” is super important.
i’ll give my professional opinion on furniture layout, any architectural changes you’ve been contemplating, as well as best methods for organizing your design project.
we’ll shop for the perfect pieces to compliment and uplevel your space. from paint colors to plush pillows, your haven will come to life.
regardless of whether you own or rent (or even live in an Airstream like me!), you’ll be on your way to creating a beautiful haven.

( WEEK 8 ) STYLE ALIGNMENT

our final session will be customized to your individual needs, making sure you’re in full style alignment moving forward.
we’ll clear up any questions or loose ends so that you walk away with clarity, confidence, and a solid plan.
you’ll leave knowing you have an amazing new community of people who see & celebrate you…and access to a professional Designer and teammate who really gets you.

FAQ’S

The Hue (YOU) Intensive is one 3-hour session per week, starting the first week of each month. Same day and time each week.
4 WEEK PROGRAM:
Wednesdays or Sundays - 4pm-7pm Pacific Time.
8 WEEK PROGRAM:
Wednesdays or Sundays - 11am-2pm Pacific Time.
I’ve scheduled the Intensive to have one weekday and one weekend option to accommodate as many lifestyles as possible. If those days and times don’t work for you, I’ve provided another option. If you recruit 1-2 other people to join the Intensive with you, and we’re able to coordinate our schedules, I’m happy to offer the Intensive at that time.
The Workbook is printed and mailed to you along with the Color Deck and other goodies.
Everyone will have access to a digital workbook and handouts in the membership area.
Style Cards for the 4 week program will be emailed to you as a PDF so that you can save them to your phone and carry them with you while shopping.

If life happens and you need to cancel your Intensive spot, please notify me via email at least 14 days prior to the start time of your first session so that I can fill your spot.
Cancelations less than 14 days prior to the start time of the first Session have one opportunity to reschedule for a future month, but no refunds will be issued.
If you have to miss a session, a Replay will be available so that you don’t miss a beat.
I offer 1:1 Style Alignment coaching at an hourly rate of $150 where we can absolutely continue this Intensive journey together!

I have a Bachelor of Fine Art in Graphic Design from Oregon State University (2001) and an Associates Degree from the New York School of Interior Design (2012). Between both industries, I have over 20 years of Design experience.
I also have extensive experience as a Gymnast and Gymnastics Coach at the competitive club and collegiate levels, providing me the experience and knowledge necessary to help you through mental and emotional challenges as they arise.
